Gary Dufner has over 20 years experience in the Graphic and Creative Arts. As a graduate from the School of Visual Arts in NYC, he has brought his artistic skills into the Web Development arena.  He has successfully run and nurtured a web development company, Webskinz, and productively built a healthy clientele of satisfied businesses and individuals that range from the Apopka Chamber to Richard Christy of the Howard Stern show. Gary also teaches Advanced Photoshop and Web Mastering at the International Academy of Design and Technology.

When asked about the key elements of successful web development are he identified how critical it is to listen to the client’s needs and interests and to make an effort to fulfill those interests. Additionally he noted that educating the client on the web processes is crucial to ensuring website success, good communication, and the least stress as possible for all involved.

Walter has been working in the creative field for over 15 years and developing websites professionally for over 11 years. As a web developer, Walter is
responsible for creating code (javascript, flash, databases, php, etc) to ensure that businesses have an effective website that integrates into a companies business solution. This can involve setting up internal inventory systems, on-line ordering, and various other services. Therefore, Walter helps integrate blogs, forums, and E-Commerce strategies into website, as well as helping the websites get properly ranked in the search engines through both organic and pay-per-click strategies.

Walter uses his experience in developing websites and also teaches college students in classes including E-Commerce, Web Design, and Web Site Architecture. Walter has taught in college both part time and as a full time professor over the past 9 years, and currently teaches college juniors and seniors as they prepare to enter the workforce.

Jennifer Silverio
Graphic & Creative Designer

Jennifer Silverio has over 10 years of experience in the creative field, including print, outdoor, and web, and has focused on website design for the last 4 years. She has worked on projects ranging from small business to large corporations, and is currently a Website Specialist for one of the 10 largest public health systems in the nation.

Jennifer has her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Information Science from Florida State University, and combines her creative talents with her knowledge of website usability to create websites.

Jennifer is detail-oriented, creative, and organized, and uses these skills to design websites that are varied, contemporary and user-friendly.

Richard Orazi
Graphic & Logo Designer

When it comes to creativity and an eye for detail Richard Orazi is no exception. With a bachelor degree of fine arts in multimedia design from IADT (The International Academy of Design and Technology), Richard has over five years of experience in multimedia design. Richard has an extensive background in Traditional Art, Graphic Design, 3D Modeling and Animation, Motion Graphics, and Web Design. He has developed company brand and corporate identities. He demonstrates the ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status. Goal oriented individual with strong leadership capabilities. He is Organized, highly motivated, detail directed, and a great problem solver with a proven ability to work in unison with staff, volunteers, and board of directors.
